Professional College Mitte in Duisburg

The City of Duisburg planned the construction of a new professional college in the Duisburg downtown area. The new building is to house three existing professional schools with a total of more than 5,000 students. The City of Duisburg was running a Europe-wide contract award process in order to find private investors who assumed responsibility not only for planning and construction but also for financing and operations.
