Refurbishment Oberbürgermeister-Lehr bridge area

The city of Duisburg and the public utility company Duisburg Netzgesellschaft mbH intend to refurbish and renovate the Oberbürgermeister-Lehr bridge. The reconstruction costs amount to approx. EUR 12 million.

The subject of the Europe-wide open procedure is the production of a construction site bypass with two temporary bridge structures, the demolition and new construction of two road bridges as well as the renovation of the road section between Tausendfensterhaus and the former Kaiserhafen in Duisburg. The city of Duisburg expects a construction period of about 36 - 40 months. During the construction period, the traffic must continue to flow. The refurbishment is a sponsored action.
