Regulatory Law

We advise many energy supply companies in connection with regulatory law questions (including unbundling, network fee approval, network access, incentive regulation arrangements, release of infrastructure installations in accordance with Section 28a Energy Economy Act).

Our activities include the representation of our clients before the regulatory authorities and courts, support in acquiring the necessary approvals, as well as providing advice in the implementation of necessary measures, such as the drafting or adjustment of the contract.
