SWU Energie GmbH: Introduction of a CRM Platform

SWU Energie GmbH is awarding the introduction of a CRM platform in a European-wide negotiated procedure. The CRM platform is to be introduced for private customer sales including all customer service processes. As an option, SWU Energie GmbH will also include the areas of business customer sales, marketing, and complaint management.

The platform must be designed and implemented on the basis of a productive system already in use. In addition to the actual implementation,
SWU Energie GmbH also intends to award a maintenance contract with an extension option.

Our services

We are advising SWU Energie GmbH on designing the negotiated procedure and the performing of the entire award procedure.
