Trade fair hotel on trade fair premises in Essen

The Essen Trade Fair has conducted an open procedure for the selection of a private investor for a new fair hotel on the fairgrounds in Essen. The Essen Trade Fair will sell the planned site in the immediate vicinity of the famous "Gruga" Hall to the investor. The hotel will have the category "Four-Star Plus" with at least 200 rooms, conference rooms, catering and an underground garage.

The investor bears all land and construction cost as well as the cost of operating the hotel. It can be refinanced from the proceeds from the operation of the hotel.
