Waldbröl GmbH utility company: strategic partner energy

In the Europe-wide award procedure, Stadtwerke Waldbröl GmbH selects the strategic partner from among the bidders, who would like to participate in a subsidiary to be founded. The corporate purpose of the joint company should include the water supply, the energy marketing and the energy generation. Presumably, the joint company should additionally take over the road lighting. It should also participate in the competitive process for electricity and gas concessions.
