Wind Park Porep-Jännersdorf

We advised the company WINKRA Energie in the 2004 turn-key acquisition of the 62 MW wind farm "Windpark Porep-Jännersdorf". We carried out the due diligence, drafted and negotiated the turn-key construction and project rights acquisition contract, and advised in the acquisition of the project company.
