Elbphilharmonie will be built in Hamburg

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg intends to build the new Elbphilharmonie (Elbe Philharmonic Hall) as an architectural flagship for the cultural life of the city on the site of a former port warehouse. A joint venture with private investors is envisaged for the project complex that will also include a hotel, luxury flats, a multi-story car park, spa and therapy facilities. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek represents the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, offering advice and support in a host of legal concerns including the award of contracts, grants and subsidies, and private housing. We also design procedures and models and support contractual negotiations and all requisite contract award proceedings.
