Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is expanding its Practice Group in Antitrust Law and Distribution Law: As of December, Dr. Reinhard Siegert (38), previously at Gleiss Lutz, will join the law firm's Munich office as Equity Partner. Siegert who, prior to working as an attorney, also managed the office of Dr. Otto Wiesheu, then-Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs, and, moreover, gained experience in the insurance industry, had been working for Gleiss Lutz since 2003, most recently as Associated Partner.
During his time at Gless Lutz, in addition to his client counseling activities and the work in merger control, Siegert particularly maintained a highly active litigation practice. He focuses on providing counsel in issues of distribution concepts and their implementation, primarily in the automobile industry.
In addition, Siegert specializes in providing advice to insurance companies on antitrust law issues. At Heuking Kühn, he intends to further intensify his focal points: "Heuking Kühn provides me with an optimum environment in order to expand my integrated practice in antitrust law and distribution law at the Munich office. Beyond that, the collaboration with Heuking's extensive insurance law practice could be of particular interest to clients."
"We are glad that we were able to attract Mr. Siegert, an outstandingly qualified fellow attorney, to join our continuously expanding Munich location. He will work with the antitrust law and insurance law experts at our offices in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Brussels", explains Dr. Armin Frhr. von Grießenbeck, Managing Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
