As of today, July 9, 2010, the bearer common shares of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG will be included in the trading of the General Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company listed to date in the M:Access segment of Munich Stock Exchange Münchner Börse and in the Entry Standard is a manufacturer-independent provider of photovoltaic plants and in its own plants sustainably produces solar energy. Established in 1998, Freiburg im Breisgau-headquartered S.A.G. ranks among the pioneers in the solar industry.

The switch to the EU regulated market will allow Solarstrom AG to increasingly attract institutional investors.
