Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises ESTAVIS AG on Capital Increase

Commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided legal counsel to Berlin-based ESTAVIS AG on a capital increase.

The company's board of management decided to increase the share capital on March 21.

Shareholders will receive indirect subscription rights with the option for oversubscription. The subscription price will be EUR 1.70 per share. The capital increase will generate up to about EUR 8 million for the company.

ESTAVIS AG offers institutional and private investors the right solutions for residential properties in Germany. This ranges from the designing of new direct or indirect individual or portfolio investments to the handling of existing ones. The proceeds from the capital increase are to be used for financing the acquisition of additional existing properties and listed buildings for development.
