Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises S.A.G. Solarstrom Aktiengesellschaft on Second Bond Issue

As of June 30, 2011, S.A.G. Solarstrom Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Freiburg, will issue its second corporate bond in Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Entry Standard and will again be assisted by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. 

Dr. Mirko Sickinger and Tobias Nagel of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Cologne office advised S.A.G. Solarstrom Aktiengesellschaft on the issuing of its bond in all matters of capital market law.
