Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek acted for listed British IDOX Plc. on its acquisition of CTSpace-Group.

CTSpace-Group is a global leader in Engineering Content Management and Project Content Management. Companies of CTSpace-Group are based on various continents. Professionals in 56 countries benefit from its services.

The acquisition of CTSpace-Group will complement the McLaren-Software Business that IDOX Plc. acquired in December 2010. IDOX Plc. is a leading supplier of software solutions and services to the UK public sector and to asset intensive industries around the world.

The acquisition of CTSpace-Gruppe involved several jurisdictions and required close international cooperation with partner firms.
