Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises StarDSL AG on segment change




Hamburg-based StarDSL AG was admitted to trading in the Entry Standard of Frankfurt Stock Exchange on December 12, 2012. A Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek team of capital market law specialists led by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, Partner at the law firm's Cologne office, advised the company particularly on drafting the securities prospectus required for the segment change.
