Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises WealthCap on the acquisition of office real estate in Munich

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised issuing house WealthCap on the acquisition of the modern office space complex Campus M and of an additional office building with BMW-Form- und Design Studio in Munich. The investment volume of the two transactions amounts to about EUR 74 million.

The office space complex Campus M located in the eastern part of Munich features a total gross floor space of about 21,000 square meters and has its own multi-story car park. The office space in the four office buildings are rented out on a long-term basis to creditworthy tenants such as ARAG, Schaltbau, and Infor. Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the seller. The office building with BMW-Form- und Designstudio is located close to BMW's research and development center in the northern part of Munich and offers gross floor space of about 8,200 square meters. The building is rented to the principal tenant BMW and BMW development partner Semcon.

Following the acquisition of the KPMG headquarters in Munich, WealthCap once again retained Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. The commercial law firm legally advised WealthCap comprehensively on the two transactions.
