Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises SIMPACK AG shareholders on sale to Dassault Systèmes

The market leader in 3D design software (Dassault Systèmes) acquired all shares in SIMPACK AG. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the seller's shareholders in the sales process. Because of SIMPACK AG's foreign holdings, the transaction was closed simultaneously in Germany, Japan, the USA, the United Kingdom, and France. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

SIMPACK is a leader in fully virtual, near-reality three-dimensional simulation technology. The multi-body simulation software that it developed is used to perform simulations in the automotive, aerospace, and railway sectors. SIMPACK has more than 130 customers, including Alstom, Bombardier, BMW, Daimler, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, MAN, and Vestas.
