Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Oakley Capital Private Equity and Bellaxa AG on the sale of intergenia group to HEG Co. Ltd. (Host Europe), which is part of Cinven's portfolio.

intergenia group, headquartered in Hürth near Cologne, was established in 1999 and is one of the leading providers of professional web hosting and server solutions. With the PlusServer, internet24, serverloft, Unmetered.com, Server4You, and Loomes brands, intergenia offers managed, dedicated, and cloud hosting services for customers. At over two million active websites and around 40,000 customer systems in its two data centers in Europe and the USA, intergenia group has been a global market leader in dedicated hosting for over 15 years. Moreover, intergenia group organizes the WorldHostingDays, the world's largest series of trade shows in the hosting industry.

At the end of 2011, Oakley Capital Private Equity acquired a majority stake in intergenia group from Bellaxa AG. Most recently, intergenia group acquired Mainlab GmbH and MESH GmbH in August 2014. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Oakley Capital and Bellaxa AG on a regular basis.
