New Equity Partner for the Frankfurt office: Dr. Ali Sahin to join Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

Dr. Ali Sahin (42) is will join the commercial law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as equity partner by February 15, 2015. Sahin will strengthen the Corporate and M&A practice working out of the Frankfurt office.

Sahin joins the firm from Paul Hastings and specializes in transnational and often technology-related corporate transactions or transactions in the Life Sciences field. As salaried partner at Baker & McKenzie, he already developed that firm's Turkey business, and he will considerably strengthen Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's existing business with Turkey. In addition, he has experience in the fields of restructuring, compliance, and data protection.
