Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba) on refinancing

With a Frankfurt-based team led by partner Thomas K. Schrell, commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba) and other savings banks on the refinancing of existing liabilities of QSIL Group in the amount of EUR 31 million.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek supported the banking group comprehensively on the structuring, documentation, negotiation, and implementation of the entire refinancing.

At 145 employees and revenue of EUR 25 million, QSIL Group is a global leader of high-purity quartz glass products.
