SOLARIS receives Leipzig streetcar contract with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

With the assistance of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Polish vehicle manufacturer SOLARIS Bus & Coach S.A. secured a contract of Leipzig Transport Services before the Procurement Chamber of Saxony for the supply of up to 41 modern low-floor streetcars. The challenge by a competitor remained unsuccessful. Dr. Matthias Kühn, Salaried Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Berlin office, represented Solaris in the review procedure.
