The 17th Procurement Conference to be held in Berlin on September 24 and 25, 2015 will also be a venue to discuss challenges faced by cities and municipalities in association with the large number of asylum seekers in Germany.

On the first conference day, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Dr. Ute Jasper, Partner at the Düsseldorf office of commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, will host a forum entitled "Expedited action – sustainable procurement: How can purchasing and logistics assist in solving the refugee problem?"
