Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises TNI medical AG on funding round

With a team led by Dr. Peter Ladwig and Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer, LL.M., both Partners at the commercial law firm's Stuttgart office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek legally advised TNI medical AG comprehensively on its current funding round. Prior to negotiating the participation contracts and shareholder agreements as well as preparing the capital in-crease in detail, the team had also advised on corporate law measures to restructure the holding relationships of existing shareholders.

In addition to Portuguese investment firm Pathena, a private investor joined as new investor. Tübingen-based SHS Beteiligungsmanagement mbH, KfW Bank Group, and corporate management are existing investors.

The funding round aims primarily to expand and further internationalize the company's operational business.

Würzburg-headquartered TNI medical AG produces and sells respiratory products for homecare and the hospital field.
