Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek relocating to new premises on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin

As of July 11 2016, the Berlin office of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will be located at Kurfürstendamm 32. A total of 22 lawyers and 27 employees will work out of an office space comprising 2,720 square meters, since the "Unter den Linden" office had become too small. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will have its offices across six floors in the new building.

"By relocating, the Berlin office is doubling its surface, thus creating the prerequisites for further growth of the firm," said Dr. Karl-Josef Stöhr, lawyer and partner at the Berlin office.

The listed building on Berlin's major boulevard is located in a vibrant area, offering excellent transport connections. The building, constructed in the 1950s, is characterized by its slightly concave form and its minimalist clean design. The large number of south-facing windows and the low building depth provide this office space with a particular brightness. The ten-storey office and retail building is unusually high for a development on Kurfürstendamm and stands out from among its neighbors.

Just a few days ago, on July 1, Hanne Kara joined the office as a partner and notary, bringing the current number of equity partners in Berlin to nine. The new office building now offers space for future growth.
