At the annual meeting of World Services Group (WSG) held in Cape Town, South Africa, Dirk W. Kolvenbach, partner of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Düsseldorf, was elected to the international network’s Board of Directors.
World Services Group is a network of professional services firms with more than 130 members and some 16,000 lawyers worldwide, making it the second largest network of its kind in the world. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has been a member of the non-exclusive U.S.-based network for more than a decade.
The WSG Board of Directors is composed of ten representatives of the member companies, who promote the network’s development and strategic orientation. In addition to Dirk W. Kolvenbach, three new board members were elected. The term of office is initially four years.
"I am honored to be elected to the board and will do my best to increase the network’s impact together with my colleagues during my term. The network is characterized by the high quality of the member firms. This needs to be expanded and used for our clients as well," Dirk W. Kolvenbach said on his election.
