Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek comprehensively advised USU Software AG on the acquisition of EASYTRUST SAS, a French specialist for data center inventory management and Oracle license management, and accompanied the client throughout the transaction.
 
EASYTRUST SAS is a highly specialized software manufacturer in automatic detection and analysis of hardware and software in complex infrastructures. Among others, EASYTRUST FOR ORACLE provides automatic, manufacturer-verified surveying and optimizing of Oracle products. EASYTRUST thus supplies important data for the license management of USU subsidiary Aspera, which thereby underscores its market position as the world's only one-stop full service provider for license management. EASYTRUST was founded in 2010 and currently employs a staff of 29. Its customers include companies such as YVES ROCHER, SAFRAN, or CANAL+.
 
USU Software AG acquired all shares in the specialist effective January 1, 2017. USU Software AG was again advised and supported by Dr. Rainer Herschlein, a lawyer based at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Stuttgart office, and his team.
