Dreiturm GmbH settles corporate succession assisted by Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

A team led by Frankfurt-based real estate law specialist Dr. Thomas Nickel advised the shareholders of Dreiturm GmbH on the sale of all their shares. The buyers are investors led by entrepreneur and consumer goods specialist Lars Börgel.
 
Lars Börgel has taken over the corporate succession at Dreiturm GmbH as General Manager and co-shareholder. The shares in the company, which is more than 190 years old, were previously held by a family via two Canadian companies and one private individual.
 
Dreiturm GmbH in Steinau an der Straße is a medium-sized company in the fields of cosmetic and pharmaceutical development and production as well as the production of cleaning agents. The company develops and sells its own brands and is operating as a major contract manufacturer for well-known companies in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
