US-Investor acquires office building portfolio with support from Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

A team led by Dr. Peter Vocke, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Düsseldorf office, successfully advised a large-scale financial investor with business seat in New York City, New York, USA, on the acquisition of an office building portfolio consisting of three office buildings in North-Rhine Westphalia. The portfolio was under asset management of publity AG and comprises lease space of approximately 70,000 sqm. The parties agreed on confidentiality about the seller and purchase price.

The upmarket equipped office buildings, one single-tenant-object and two multi-tenant-objects, are located in Bielefeld, Ratingen and Oberhausen, and almost fully rented. Part of the objects are approx. 1,900 underground and outdoor parking spaces.
