A team led by Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner at the law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Munich, comprehensively advised BayWa AG on its investment in Tjiko GmbH by way of a cash capital increase. 
 
BayWa AG is an internationally operating trading and services group. Trading and logistics form the overarching core competencies in the Agriculture, Energy, and Construction segments. BayWa Group is also active in the venture capital sector and invests in promising young companies.
 
Tjiko GmbH is an innovative start-up based in Rosenheim, which is the first supplier of individual bathroom modules in timber construction to provide new levels of efficiency to multi-story timber construction processes.
