A team led by Dr. Peter Vocke, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Düsseldorf office, successfully advised Wirtgen Invest in an off-market deal in its acquisition of the office building at Taunusanlage 8 (“T8”) from a real estate fund of the South Korean financial service provider Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. The parties agreed on confidentiality about the purchase price.
The approximately 68 meter high office tower, which was designed by msm Meyer-Schmitz Morkramer and completed in 2016, has been awarded an “LEED Platinum” and a “DGNB Gold” certification. Along with the core tenant Linklaters, the building houses on its 30,000 m² of leased spaces the co-working provider WeWork, the insurance agency FM Global and the real estate undertaking Godewind, among others.
Heuking already advised Wirtgen Invest in 2019 on the purchase of the prestigious “WALLHAUS” office and retail building at Neuer Wall in Hamburg from MOMENI Group.
