Supply & Comply” – A new podcast by Cassini and Heuking
Entitled “Supply & Comply – Digitale Lösungen für nachhaltiges Wirtschaften“ [“Supply & Comply - Digital solutions for sustainable business”], a new podcast of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in collaboration with management and technology consulting firm Cassini is starting today.
Dr. Christoph Schork, Partner at Heuking’s Cologne office, together with Dr. Ulrich Franke and Felix Hackland of Cassini discusses different supply chain models, the legislator’s current plans for a Supply Chain
Act and gives recommendations for action for companies. The upcoming change in the law will require companies to introduce a professional, certified, and legally compliant supply chain risk management as well as to digitalize the value chains across companies.
Initially, seven episodes are scheduled. The podcast features weekly episodes and is available on Spotify, SoundCloud, Google Podcast, and everywhere podcasts are available.
Dr. Christoph Schork, LL.M. has been practicing law for 20 years, working for Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek since 2002. He advises companies in connection with their (international) supply chains, the establishment of effective risk management systems and the implementation of their CSR strategy.
