Brand eins and FAZ: Heuking receives two awards

Commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has received two awards recently. Brand eins magazine ranked the firm among the best business law firms in Germany in 17 fields of law.

The law firm also received the “Germany’s Digital Hidden Champions” award from F.A.Z. Institute.

In the current brand eins issue, Heuking received awards in 17 fields of law: Antitrust/Competition, Banking, Capital Markets, Compliance, Construction, Corporate, Employment, Information Technology/Telecommunications, Insolvency/Reorganization/Restructuring, M&A, Media/Press, Patent, Real Estate Business, Tax, Trade, Trademarks/Designs, and White Collar. Heuking received the highest score of 4 stars.

The list of Germany’s best business law firms 2021 is based on a survey of lawyers and in-house counsel across 24 fields of law with a total of 2,515 individuals participating. Only law firms with an above-average number of recommendations in their respective field of law were awarded.

F.A.Z. Institute’s “Germany’s Digital Hidden Champions” award

F.A.Z. Institute awarded Heuking the “Germany’s Digital Hidden Champions” certificate, placing the firm among a group of innovative businesses that are well equipped for the future.

For the “Germany’s Digital Hidden Champions” study, IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research analyzed social listening data for more than 6,900 companies. The social listening examined the topic groups of digitalization, innovation, profitability, sustainability, and technology. Since the objective of the study was to find hidden digital champions, only hits from forums, news articles, and blogs were included in the final scoring.
