HEUKING advises HealthTech start-up hellomed on its late seed financing round
A venture capital (VC) team led by Düsseldorf-based HEUKING partner Dr. Patrick Müller provided legal advice to HealthTech start-up hellomed Group GmbH on its late seed financing.
In the financing round by business angels and well-known family offices, a seven-figure amount was invested in the company. The financing round was immediately followed by an increase in share capital.
Founded in 2022, the Berlin-based GmbH is registered in the Charlottenburg Commercial Register. It offers IT, marketing, human resources, consulting, and logistics services for pharmacies and other customers in the healthcare sector and it describes itself as the market leader for pharmacy solutions in the field of professional care.
