Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Aves One AG on capital increase against cash contributions

A team led by capital market lawyer Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, partner at the Cologne office of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advises Aves One AG on a capital increase against cash contributions.

The company is preparing a capital increase with gross issue proceeds of some EUR 20 million. Shares will be offered to existing shareholders by means of subscription rights. In addition, as an innovative option for a capital increase, subscriptions via the stock exchange (XETRA subscription functionality) will be offered. The subscription price for the new shares is EUR 6.00. The company’s shares will be listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Prime Standard. The transaction will be supported by quirin Bank, which will carry out a private placement with qualified investors in parallel.

Aves One AG is an active stockholder for logistics equipment. Based in Hamburg, the company specializes in the fields of Rail, Container, Resale, and Special and operates in the euro and U.S. dollar currency areas. As the owner of the assets, Aves One performs control and monitoring of the managers, weighting of business units, and customer selection. Its customers include state railways, shipping, industrial, and chemical companies.
