New Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek: Christoph Wagner Joins the Berlin Office as of March 1, 2010

Christoph Wagner had been Partner at K&L Gates since 2007 and previously had worked for Taylor Wessing for four years. In addition, he was responsible for the in-house legal departments of a German DAX 30 corporation and for the Trust Agency. 

Wagner, who is also a notary, provides counsel to domestic and international clients in trials and arbitral proceedings, primarily in product liability law, corporate and real estate law and in banking law. At Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, he will further expand the areas of Real Estate Law and Litigation and will be a welcome addition to the Notary Office which is already a focus of the Berlin office.
