Photonics Systems Group acquires LS Laser Systems with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

A team led by Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer advised Photonics Systems Holding GmbH on the acquisition of LS Laser Systems, a specialist in laser trimming. Photonics aims to expand its status as a leading laser machine manufacturer. The acquisition also serves as a succession solution for the previous owners of LS Laser Systems, who intend to withdraw from the company in the medium term.

Photonics Systems group around InnoLas Solutions GmbH is a leader in laser micro material processing. The Krailling-based group develops and produces machine and process solutions for laser applications in the photovoltaic, electronics, and semiconductor sectors and has been part of the portfolio of companies managed by CGS Management AG, Pfäffikon since last year. The group employs more than 80 people worldwide and supplies customers in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

Headquartered in Munich, LS Laser Systems is a medium-sized company with more than 25 years of experience in laser technology. Its core business comprises the development, production, and sale of systems for active and passive laser trimming and laser micro processing systems.
