Shareholder Activism & Engagement Germany – Conference, Frankfurt

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek partners Michael Neises and Dr. Christoph Gringel spoke at the Shareholder Activism & Engagement Germany Conference in Frankfurt organised by Skytop Strategies.

Michael Neises presented an analysis of last season’s shareholder engagements in Germany and Dr. Christoph Gringel interviewed Dr. Cordula Heldt from the Deutsche Aktieninstitut on the Meaning of the European Regulatory Framework for Shareholder Activists.

The conference was attended by about 80 delegates and included speakers from inter alia, Shareholder Value (Andreas Springer), Arabesque (Dr. Inna Amesheva), Active Ownership Capital (Nils Herzing), Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz (David Katz), Sidley Austin (Dr. Kai H.
