The members of our Practice Group Litigation/Arbitration have long-standing experience in the areas of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. They provide German and foreign clients with comprehensive advice on all kinds of complex economic and technical disputes, from the development of conflict resolution strategies to the successful enforcement of their interests in or out of court.
In addition, members of our Practice Group are recognized for their skills as arbitrators and have a wide range of experience in both, ad-hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings (e.g., VIAC, DIS, ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules).Their practice as counsel covers all types of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (e.g. Arbitration, Mediation, Dispute Adjudication Boards, Expert Determination).
