Headquarter German Weather Service

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek represented a bidding consortium in a review procedure prior to the construction project “New building for the German Weather Service’s Headquarter in Offenbach".

By applying for the review procedure, the bidding consortium successfully appealed against an exclusion of the offer that had previously been applied, justified on the grounds of a failure to name a subcontractor.
