The Town Hall And Service Center In Rommerskirchen

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek was placed in charge of the legal side of project management in a venture that involved the construction of a new Service Center for Rommerskirchen comprising the administrative buildings of the municipality of Rommerskirchen, the council chamber, the savings bank building and catering facilities, and integrating the historic town hall.

Activities included the establishment of a municipal development association, counselling services for the municipality during building operations, and legal assistance in marketing the property. The project is complete, has been extensively marketed, and is now in operation.
