The team led by capital market law expert Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Cologne office, advised amalphi AG again on a capital measure. The company will issue a corporate bond with a total volume of EUR 500,000 as part of a private placement. At present, subscriptions for EUR 100,000 are already available. Verbal promises exist for additional partial amounts.

The amounts from the bond will strengthen the liquidity of amalphi AG, which is reorganizing, in the operational business. According to the company, the operational reorientation and the removal of the legacy positions have almost been finalized. An additional considerable improvement of the operational result is expected for fiscal 2014. The subscription of an initial partial amount shows the subscribers' confidence in the company's efforts towards reorganization and reorientation. The corporate bond now issued is already amalphi AG's second bond, which has been accompanied by the team led by Kuthe.
