With a team led by capital market lawyer Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised publicly listed Vectron Systems AG on a capital increase. The company intends to use the proceeds from the issue to further expand its digital business areas.
Excluding shareholders’ subscription rights, the company’s share capital was increased by issuing up to 661,199 new bearer shares against cash contributions. In an accelerated private placement, the shares were offered to institutional investors in Germany and other European countries at a price of EUR 7.60 per share.
Münster-headquartered Vectron Systems is a manufacturer of POS equipment and has installed more than 200,000 systems in over 30 countries to date. The company, founded in 1990, sells its products worldwide exclusively via a network of some 300 specialist retailers.
