City of Gütersloh: Sale of a City-owned property

The City of Gütersloh intends to sell a City-owned property in "Quartier an der Kaiserstraße." The quarter at Kaiserstraße comprises 10,000 square meters of space and is located between Gütersloh city center and the rail station. At present, the development plan for the entire quarter is being drafted. The bases for the development plan are among other things also the results of an urban development competition, which the City of Gütersloh started on February 23, 2012 with prior citizens' participation and which has been concluded in the meantime. It was an objective of the competition to develop concepts for the gradual conversion of the quarter's development.
