Immobilien Projekt Management Düsseldorf GmbH (IPM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the state capital of Düsseldorf, supports the Office for Building Management particularly in building and restoring municipal schools. IPM prepares planning drafts for 14 schools initially, including detailed costing, obtains Council resolutions, and realizes the projects.
We advise IPM on all issues related to public procurement law in preparation of the construction work and, where necessary, draft the required bidding documents for the respective invitations to bid together with IPM.
