Lippe District Lipperlandhalle

In addition to other PPP projects, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek developed and implemented the procedure for the planning, construction, financing and maintenance of Lipperlandhalle for the Lippe district. It was possible to take into account the requirements for optimal marketing as early as the planning stage by obtaining offers from a single source. The result was even convincing to PPP skeptics. The cost of construction to the region will be 20% less than expected.
