Project company: procurement review proceedings Dortmund U

The city of Dortmund advertised to bid in a Europe-wide award procedure for services for the previously undeveloped area in the Dortmund U. Specifically, it primarily entails the acquisition of land, the planning, the construction, the financing and the partial operation of approx. 18,000 square meters of this land. Two vocational colleges, a creative center as well as a public parking garage are supposed to be built on the site for the city of Dortmund.

Our services

We advised the project company on public procurement law and represented it in the proceedings before the Procurement Chamber and the Procurement Senate of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court and provided support in the settlement.
