Sports and Convention Hall and Sports Boarding School in the State Capital Schwerin

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek devised a PPP model for the state capital of Schwerin, which is to be incorporated into the exclusive group of the pilot projects of the federal PPP task force. Schwerin is seeking an investor and operator for the sports, event and training institutions, in order to develop the Lambrechtsgrund Olympic base into a sustainable location.

Tasks range from planning and construction through financing to operation and marketing. In this way, the PPP project develops the established model further and includes the marketing risks in the contract award package.
