Following negotiations over a considerable period of time, the partner structure at Heinz GmbH, a top-selling medium-sized management waste companies, was considerably streamlined. At that occasion, Eduard, Josef and Otto Heinz sr. retroactively per July 1 assumed the shares of Daniela and Erich Heinz who each had held 20 percent of the shares of the company headquartered in Moosbach, Bavaria. It was agreed to keep details of the agreement private.

Dr. Armin Frhr. von Grießenbeck, partner at the Munich office of independent law office Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, acted as arbitrator during the negotiations.
