Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises R+S solutions Holding AG on refinancing

The commercial law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Fulda-based R + S solutions Holding AG with a Frankfurt team led by partner Thomas K. Schrell on the comprehensive refinancing of existing third-party liabilities of EUR 70 million. Financing was provided by a larger banking syndicate led by Landesbank Baden Württemberg (LBBW).

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek supported the company comprehensively on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of the entire refinancing documentation.

With more than 1,700 employees, R+S solutions Holding AG is an international group focusing on building services engineering.
