Heuking advises Volkswagen Group Services GmbH on the acquisition of an Emden logistics site

A Heuking team led by Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer legally advised Volkswagen Group Services GmbH on the acquisition of the Emden operations of Automobil-Logistik-Mosolf GmbH, a subsidiary of Mosolf SE & Co. KG, as part of an asset deal. The Emden site is mainly used for vehicle storage, used car reconditioning, and delivery inspection.

In a parallel transaction, Volkswagen Immobilien GmbH acquired the sub-leasehold belonging to the business operations of Automobil-Logistik-Mosolf GmbH.
