Advising Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG on issuing profit participation rights

For the purposes of financing over the winter months, Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG is issuing profit participation rights of up to EUR 1.5 million. The profit participation rights will primarily be offered to customers and friends of the company. The stock corporation was legally advised by a team led by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe and Madeleine Zipperle, partners at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Cologne office.

Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG (KD) offers various trips on the Rhine and Moselle rivers with its fleet of ships. The company offers scheduled, charter, roundtrip and event cruises with on-board catering. Apart from day trips, the company is also owner of river cruise ships and a high sea-cruise ship. The group further includes subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Bremen, and on Cyprus. KD is one of the world's oldest continuously listed corporations.
